Born and raised in this amazing city, Chris loves everything that Vancouver is and has to offer. There really is no city quite like it in the world. From a young age Chris has had a passion for sales, architecture and design and has been influenced by all his travels from spending time at high school in New Zealand to trips to Europe in the summer with his parents and competed professionally in Snowboarding around the globe. He has studied at UBC, SFU, BCIT and Capilano College along with 12 years in the hospitality industry from sales to marketing to throwing large event.
Chris started his real estate carrieer in 2004 selling SOMA LOFTS in the Uptown Mt. Pleasant hood and instantly fell in love with it. Chris takes great pride in what he does and believes in helping individuals, couples and families attain their real estate goals.
All these things have contributed to creating the person Chris is today, hardworking, professional and dedicated to providing a stress free experience.

Having the privilege to call two of the most beautiful cities in the world home is something that Marcus is very proud of! The fast paced lifestyle of growing up in Rio de Janeiro combined with the experience of seeing Vancouver become theplace to live over the last 20+ years, made his choice to pursue a career in real estate a natural.
Marcus has worked in sales throughout his life and completely understands the power of high level customer service. With 10 years of industry experience, outgoing personality and great sense of humour, Marcus prides himself in helping clients buy and sell properties with the least amount of stress as possible. With a diploma in International Trade from BCIT, Marcus landed a job in the corporate world but soon found out it was not for him. At an early age, his father instilled in him an entrepreneurial mind that needed a bigger challenge. The Vancouver real estate market was the perfect fit!
